Our Team

Mike is the Managing  Director of the company, one of the founders from 1973 when the company was established. He still remains as MD on an active day to day basis.

Matthew started with the company from leaving school in 1984 and is now a contracts director.

Nigel came to the company from a local builders merchants in 1987 and is now a contracts director.

Nathan joined in 2002 from university and runs the company estimating department.

David joined the company via a local firm of accountants  in 1988 and is the company secretary.

Sue joined in 1980 as temporary maternity cover and is still here. She is in charge of the wages and purchase ledger department.

Tina joined in 2016 and is in charge of the sales ledger department.

Derek joined in 2009  as an ex. tiler brings a wealth of knowledge, employed as a contracts manager.

Antony came back to the company in 2015, he had previously worked  as a trainee, but left to travel and obtain a degree, he is employed as a contracts manager.

James came to Bicester Roofing in 2015 , and is a contracts manager.

Steve joined in 2017 and is a trainee contracts manager.

Gary joined in 2009 and is in charge of our yard/stores and material procurement.

Jason joined in 2014 and is our delivery driver.
