Our Mission
Bicester Roofing are based in Weston on the Green, Oxfordshire. An independently run roofing contractor, established in 1973. Our mission is to treat each contract no matter how small or large with the same amount of personal care and attention to achieve a top quality completed job for our customers.

About Us
Bicester Roofing was founded in 1973 and became a limited company in 1974, Mike Staniford one of the original founders of the company is the current managing director. Mike has been involved in the pitch roofing industry for 50 years, 45 of those years with Bicester Roofing.
We employ 110 people which includes office staff, contracts managers, tilers and trainees.
The company for many years was situated in Bicester but moved out to the picturesque village of Weston on the Green about 12 years ago, where we have our offices, warehouse and yard. Which is situated approximately 1 mile from junction 9 of the M40 motorway. we are readily situated to service contracts within 75 mile radius of our offices. Each contract is given personal attention by one of our contracts managers from commencement until completion. Emphasis is given to a high standard of workmanship and Health and Safety.
All types of pitched roof coverings are installed by the company, using vast experience in all the traditional roofing skills. Together with the eve expanding supply of the latest technical advances giving high quality service to our customers, value for money and a long lasting roof.
The company has a leadwork division which employs a team of dedicated, fully trained and highly skilled lead workers. We are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and The Lead Contractors Association.
Quotations are handled quickly and efficiently by our estimating department, using the latest computer estimating software, we are happy to make site visits and carry out surveys prior to quoting.
All our work is guaranteed for both workmanship and materials and backed by manufacturers guarantees. We enjoy a long trading relationship with all the main manufacturers and have access to answer any of your roof covering queries.
The company is a strong believer in encouraging trainees and each year takes on school leavers to train in the discipline of roof tiling both in house by NVQ or at the CITB construction college in Birmingham.
